Reconfigurations and Relocations

The office is a dynamic environment with circumstances rarely remaining stable for long, and in some cases, changing weekly. Sometimes this will mean staff relocations, and constant office "churn". When this occurs you should allow us to reduce some of your stress and headaches and undertake your office moves.

Our personnel can dismantle, move and reassemble furniture, and relocate personal belongings and filing to achieve new layouts with minimal disruption, and will complete the tasks in the same professional manner as for new product installations.

Moving Your Office Files

We can supply removal crates and packing materials to ensure that desk contents, files and computer equipment are moved safely and securely. Our team can pack up the crates for you, or your staff can do it if you prefer. They will then move them to their new locations, and will assist with the unpacking, if required. Computer equipment once powered down and disconnected, can be repositioned in new locations ready for reconnection. We can even arrange for computer technicians to disconnect and reconnect equipment, by prior arrangement.

Relocating Office Furniture

Where time is at a premium, or the move larger complete reconfigurations can be performed overnight or at weekends, reducing the disruption to the office and eliminating business downtime.

Where the change requires relocation to new premises, our team will apply the same care and consideration to your requirements. Premier has successfully completed many moves over the past twenty years, typically over weekends, with our customer able to work at their new location on the Monday morning. Some of these have been quite large, with phased moves being advised and programmed to ensure continuity of business.

Project and Relocation Management

As with new product installations, much of the success of a reconfiguration or relocation is down to the planning. Faced with the dilemma of improving the use of space to allow for the expansion or contraction of departments or whole operations, we invite you to discuss your problems with us.

Share your ideas and wishes with our Contract Managers and Consultants, whom can assess your space requirements, monitor work patterns and communications and re-plan your environment to suit your current and expected requirements. They will propose, plan and then manage the project through to conclusion, ensuring that every aspect of the move is taken care of. This allows you and your staff to concentrate on your business, secure in the knowledge that you have a professional team assisting you along the way.
